Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products, and all mattresses and bed sets are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Prior Arrangement Required
No goods will be accepted for return, refund, or exchange without prior written arrangement and approval. Any items returned without authorization will not be processed.

Warranty & Inspection
All refund and exchange requests will be assessed in line with the applicable warranty terms. Products will be inspected to determine whether the issue falls within the warranty coverage.

Customer Misuse & Care Requirements
Mattresses that show signs of misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions — including not rotating or flipping the mattress as recommended — will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Seller Discretion
All refunds, replacements, or exchanges are subject to investigation and will be granted at the sole discretion of the seller.

We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
