Order Processing
All orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. No orders will be dispatched prior to payment confirmation.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made in full through our website before processing.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Severe or restrictive weather conditions
- Manufacturing or supplier-related delays
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
Should a manufacturing or stock delay occur, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery & Collection Responsibility
Customers must ensure that:
- The delivery address provided is correct and accessible.
- An authorised person is present at the delivery address to receive the goods.
- The delivery confirmation email or order confirmation is presented at the time of delivery, even if the goods are received by an authorised representative.
The delivery driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery location. If no authorized person is available within this time, the delivery may be cancelled and rescheduled.
Failure to provide the confirmation email or proper authorization may result in the goods not being released.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or failure to comply with the above requirements, the customer may be held liable for additional delivery charges. Re-delivery fees may be equal to the original shipping fee and will be determined at the seller’s discretion.
