By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Descriptions & Images

All products are sold strictly according to the specifications stated in the written product description. Only features and items expressly mentioned in the description are included in the sale.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, stitching patterns, fabric textures, and design details may vary slightly from images displayed due to manufacturing variations or screen settings. Such variations shall not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

Full payment must be received and cleared before any goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or omissions at any time.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted immediately on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may invalidate any related claim.

7. Warranty & Returns

All mattresses and bed sets are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

No goods will be accepted without prior written arrangement and approval. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

Claims will be investigated, and refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be granted strictly at the seller’s discretion and in accordance with warranty terms.

Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, stains, structural damage, or failure to rotate and/or flip the mattress as recommended will not qualify for refund, exchange, or warranty claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
